Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  
  

• To start a return, email us at support@verenspace.com with your order number and reason for return.
  
  

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  
  

• Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions and a return shipping label.
  
  

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
  
  

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  
  

• Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your refund to appear on your statement.
